a pretty good day

we've been working really hard, getting our house ready for our first weekend company to arrive tomorrow. To update- we bought this house and moved in the first week of June. In the past 2 months, we've painted 3 bedrooms, a hallway, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room...plus removed carpet in every room, and redone an entire bathroom....7 coats of who knows what on the walls to get them to look normal. We've put beds together and filled in empty space with new furniture, re-landscaped the entire outside...plus held a garage sale, and worked 40+ hours a week each! that was a mouthful.

so yesterday was great...we got so much done...it's like smooth sailing tonight and tomorrow....whew!

I also got a new cell phone today...my old one crapped out and they replaced it for free...gotta love Sprint, at least today, I do.

I also found a pair of jeans that fit- you know that rarely happens....

the only thing left is a nap and dinner....

chalk that one up as a pretty good day....
